No new software required. We connect to what you use today.

We clean up your books, tie them to every job, and explain what to do next.

Clean, monthly books

We do the bookkeeping, reconcile every account, and close the month. Your P&L, balance sheet, and cash report show up on the same date every month.

Profit by job

We tie costs to jobs so you see margin by job, loss type, crew, and referral source. Find the leak before the next job repeats it.

Cash you can plan around

A 13-week cash forecast, updated every week, built around when carriers actually pay. You see a tight payroll week a month or two out, not the Friday before.

Services

Start with clean books. Add the rest when you need it.

Bookkeeping is the base. Job costing, cash forecasting, and CFO advice build on it, with the same team and one monthly fee.

01

Bookkeeping & monthly close

Every other report depends on the books being right, so this comes first.

  • Bank, card, and loan reconciliations
  • Bill pay and vendor management
  • Monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash report
  • Year-end package ready for your CPA
02

Job costing & WIP reporting

See which jobs, loss types, and crews make money, and which ones lose it.

  • Labor, materials, and subs coded to each job
  • Margin by loss type, crew, and referral source
  • WIP (work in progress) schedule: work done on open jobs compared with what you've billed
  • Change order and supplement tracking
03

Cash flow & collections

Carriers pay on their schedule, not yours. We track who owes you, how late they are, and what payroll looks like if they stay late.

  • Rolling 13-week cash forecast
  • Money owed to you, by carrier, TPA, and customer, sorted by how late it is
  • Weekly overdue invoice list with next steps
  • Line of credit and payroll planning
04

Fractional CFO

Someone to run the numbers before you buy a truck, hire a crew, or open a second location. You get a CFO's advice without paying a CFO's salary.

  • Annual budget and targets for the numbers you watch
  • Hiring, equipment, and new location decisions
  • Bank, lender, and bonding prep
  • Valuation and exit readiness

“Which jobs made money? What cash is coming in? Can I afford another crew?”

Pricing

One fixed monthly fee, quoted before you sign.

Books behind? A one-time cleanup is quoted separately before monthly service starts.

Books behind?
We’ll catch you up first.

If your books are months behind, we start there. We reconcile the missing months, fix how jobs and loss types are coded, and build the reports you’ll get every month. You keep running jobs while we do it.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call

Do you replace my CPA?

No. We handle the monthly accounting and finance work. Your CPA handles tax returns and planning. We hand them a clean year-end package, which usually makes tax season faster.

Do I need to switch software?

No. We work in QuickBooks Online and connect to the job management, estimating, and payroll tools you already use. If a change would save you real time, we will tell you why and let you decide.

What size companies do you work with?

Restoration companies that have outgrown a part-time bookkeeper. The owner wants to know where the cash is, which jobs make money, and whether they can afford to grow. Water, fire, mold, contents, and reconstruction, with one location or several.

How much does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee. It depends on how many transactions, companies, and jobs you run. We quote it after a 30-minute call. If your books are behind, the cleanup gets its own quote up front.

How do we communicate?

You get one finance lead who knows your books. Message them any time. Once a month you get on a call and go through the reports together: what changed, and what to do about it.
